Successful Results Prompt Passenger Predictability Expansion at Birmingham Airport to Streamline Operations and Passenger Journey

Following great queue management results in Birmingham Airport´s immigration halls, the airport has decided to expand the Passenger Predictability Flow Management solution to cover all processes, throughout the entire airport, to help make more informed strategic resourcing, facility and expansion planning decisions.

March 2019) – Four-time winner of the Star UK Airport of 2018, and named the most family-friendly airport in the UK and Ireland, Birmingham Airport is taking new innovative measures to keep its operations run smoothly. The airport, which handled over 12 million travellers last year, announced that it is expanding its Passenger Predictability solution to include Flow Management, which will allow Birmingham Airport operators to better utilise resources, forecast the consequences of deviations to planned operations, improve the layout of existing facilities, as well as, guiding future expansion plans.
